You can ship with us using one of the following methods:

• Call our Call center, ask for a shipment pickup and we will do the rest for you.
• You can also ship from the nearest Service Center. 

You can track your shipment status through the tracking page on AJEX website, our application or by calling our customer service center (8004404000).

With AJEX, you can pay cash on delivery, or online with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and MADA services.

AJEX call center operates from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Saturday to Thursday. 

Cancelling your shipment will depend on the status of your package. 

Collect or Cash On Delivery. The consignee can pay the value of the goods or the cost of transport upon the delivery of the shipment. AJEX accepts payment in cash, MADA services and  credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
